The Artwork’s Story - This is the final painting from the heart-shaped tree series where the story culminates….. After the seasons have rolled by and turned into years, that have then also rolled on into decades, we re-visit the tree at sunset. We discover that the couple have now grown into a larger family and they’ve opted for the simpler way of life as they enjoy a campfire. There’s a mystical quality to the piece as the pattern within the tree also resembles the night’s sky filled stars and planets.
