The Artwork’s Story - I found this surfboard on the beach, it was broken and waterlogged and had been left as rubbish. As an artist I was amazed by such a fantastic find, and the aim was to celebrate the very beach the surfboard had previously been used to surf. The shape of the board lends itself perfectly for a panoramic landscape.
