The Artwork’s Story - As an artist, I see pattern EVERWHERE, and that includes old floorboards I paid close attention to when I ripped up the studio flooring during some renovation. I have painted onto the wood itself as it works to resemble cloud at sunset or ripples in the dried sand of the shore.
